Several months prior, the tale of a 18-year-old kid who had made a games vehicle from salvaged materials was everywhere on the sensationalist newspapers.
The kid by name Kelvin Odartey who is presently a Junior High School leaver took his vehicle to his BECE assessment focus day by day until the most recent day of his tests when his inventiveness was at last canvassed in the news.
Kelvin in his discussion with the media referenced that he fabricated the vehicle from salvaged materials while recognizing that he had both budgetary and involved help from his companions.
