Cheetah FC becomes the first to own a club store
According to the president of Cheetah FC, Abdul Haye Yartey,
"As a Manchester United Fan, I planned to make this Cheetah Direct Shop Similar to Manchester United's Shop in the UK. Everything about Cheetah FC will be available at the shop and all that you have to do is just a call and your request will be delivered to you as your doorsteps. It will also help us in data collection of our supporters. This project will draw the supporters closer to us"
The store has an online outlet where orders can be made and also has delivery services. The football club is the first to open a club store.
The opening ceremony was attended by MP-elect for Awutu Senya West, Gizella Tetteh, Angel Sports' Saddick Adams and other GFA officials.
In a post sighted by ghlense.net, Saddick Adams, Sports Obama, wrote:
"Yesterday, I attended the grand opening of the Cheetah Direct Store, the official store of Kasoa-based Division Two side, Cheetah FC.
The Store is to enable fans of the club patronise the official club replicas, paraphernalia and other club merchandise.
In attendance were the MP-elect for Awutu Senya West, Gizella Tetteh, top GFA officials and other industry players.
I was impressed with the quality of items, produced by renowned kit manufacturers, Adidas.
Important to note again, Cheetah FC is a Division Two club, and possibly the first Ghanaian club to have an official shop with even an online outlet. Okay😷
