EC Official collapses, Ophelia Hayford wins parliamentary race in Mfantseman
The Mfantseman Constituency Presiding Officer collapses during the collation process.
Reports state that he has been sent to the nearest hospital.
But NPP's Mrs Ophelia Hayford has won the parliamentary race with 36, 021 votes.
NDC's Odziifo James Essoun had 32, 438.
