NDC chairman for Ofankor Agya Herbal arrested for allegedly voting twice (Video)

A video chanced upon by ghlense.net has it that, a NDC Chairman for Ofankor Agya Herbal has been arrested by the police for allegedly voting twice.
In the video, a man in handcuffs can be seen being dragged by the police force while people around were hooting at him.
The short video was captioned "Corrupt NDC PEOPLE WE HAVE SEEN YOU"
