Just In: Speaker of parliament, Alban Bagbin, declares NPP as majority

Parliament Speaker Alban Bagbin has now proclaimed the majority in Parliament to be the New Patriotic Party.

This was after he read Fomena Andrews Asiamah's letter from the Independent MP who stated his intention to do business with the NPP side of the house.
