Vice prez. Dr Bawumia commissions Nano Foods Ltd under 1D1F initiative

Vice president, Dr. Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia, has on May 20th, 2021, commissioned Nano Foods Limited , a pineapple processing factory based in Nsawam under One District Ins Factory initiative.

The pineapple processing company, Nano Foods Limited, has provided youths in the vicinity with 100 jobs and now it is able to process and package 6,000 mT of pineapple fruits into juice every year.

Businesses have been encouraged to take advantage of the benefits of 1D1F which is a post Covid-19 recovery and transformation of the Ghanaian economy. The vice president wrote via his Facebook handle:

I commissioned Nano Foods Limited, a pineapple processing factory at Nsawam under the One District One Factory initiative on Thursday, 20th May 2021.
Nano Foods, which has already provided about 100 direct jobs to the youth in the area, can process and package up to 6,000 mT of pineapple fruits into pineapple juice per annum.
I assured the gathering of the unwavering effort and responsibility of the President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo government in stimulating economic growth, creating jobs, and promoting shared prosperity.
I urged businesses to capitalize on the innumerable benefits of the 1D1F, which is a game-changer for the post-COVID-19 economic recovery and transformation of Ghana.
