American Billionaire - Todd Boehly, has won the race to buy Premier league club Chelsea, in a deal worth more than 1.8 trillion naira (£3.5billion), despite a dramatic late hijack attempt from Britain’s richest man Sir Jim Ratcliffe, as per latest reports from the Telegraph.
