Afro Arab Group's boss hosts the first youth conference in Ghana on International Youth Day

Alhaji Abdul Salam Amadu, Chairman of the Afro Arab Group of Companies and Youth Ambassador, hosted the first-ever youth conference in Accra on International Youth Day, August 12, 2023.
The the conference tackled issues worrying the Ghanaian Muslims such as joblessness, and drug abuse.
Kings, teachers, and all the well-wishers from Ghana attended the event.
Ghana's Minister of Youth Management and Football, Hon. Mustapha Ussif, has also voiced his intention to eradicate drug abuse among young people in Ghana.
International Youth Day is celebrated on August 12 every year. It is intended to provide a chance for governments and others to highlight concerns affecting young people all over the world.
Around the world, youth organizations, national and local government representatives, and concerts, workshops, and cultural events take place during IYD. With the passage of Resolution 54/120 in 1999, the United Nations declared IYD.
