How WhatsApp group without name feature works
Meta recently released a new feature for its messaging
site WhatsApp.
This new feature according to Meta CEO, Mark Zuckerberg lets you create WhatsApp groups without a name.
Here is how this new feature works
1. If you create a new WhatsApp group, you won't need to give it a name, it will name itself based on who's in the chat. The names of the participants will be separated by an ampersand (&) sign.
2. The WhatsApp group feature only works if the group consists of 6 members and above.
3. The feature will sequence the names based on the order in which participants are added to the group. The creator of the group or the super admin's name doesn't appear in the group name string.
4. If you are added to a group where the other
participants don't have your contact saved, your number will show up
within the name.
5. You have an option to rename it later or leave it like that if you don't feel like coming up with a name. The process is the same as you would rename any other WhatsApp group.
This new WhatsApp feature is said to serve users who
are in a hurry while creating a new group or do not have a good group theme or
topic.
