NPP Primaries: Kofi Nkansah predicts 80% victory for Dr Bawumia

(CEO) for the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP), Mr.
Kofi Owusu Nkansah has predicted an 80% victory for vi Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia in Saturday’s Super Delegates’
Conference of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP).
The
staunch Bawumia supporter wrote on his Facebook wall to his over sixty-six
thousand followers, “DMB is getting over 80% of votes in the
Special Delegates election on Saturday”.
The
former parliamentary candidate aspirant for Asante Akyem Central Constituency
has been a vocal advocate for Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia to be voted the
NPP presidential candidate for the 2024 general elections.
Dr.
Bawumia is in the race against 1o other aspirants who will battle it out for
the first top five positions in Saturday’s election to get the chance to appear
on the ballot for the party’s National Delegates Congress scheduled for November 4, 2023, to elect a presidential
candidate for the 2024 general election.
Ten
people, including Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia, are in the race to lead the
NPP in the 2024 presidential elections.
In a similar confidence in the chances of the Vice President winning the supper delegates congress, the Majority Chief Whip OF Parliament, Frank Annoh-Dompreh has also predicted a landslide victory for Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, in a press statement monitored by GH Lense, the Nsawam Lawmaker said Saturday’s polls looks good for the Vice President as there will be an emphatic endorsement for him.
He added that Dr Bawumia
remained the most potent candidate to lead the NPP to break the eight-year
governance cycle witnessed in Ghana since the commencement of the fourth republic.
