FC Barcelona could be in jeopardy due to alleged bribery, which is being looked into
The CNN reports that Barcelona are formally under investigation for bribery. Jose Maria Enriquez Negreira, a former vice-president of the RFEF refereeing committee, is the subject of the inquiry for alleged illicit payments. According to a court document obtained by CNN, the club is being looked into for "the sustained crime of active bribery" in the Negreira case.
