In response to a weird TikTok video that seemed to make fun of the player, Victor Osimhen scored for Napoli on Wednesday night as the striker thought about suing his club, the Evening Standard wrote.
The footage was shared on official club accounts two days after Osimhen’s penalty miss against Bologna on Sunday and apparent rising tensions between the player and Napoli manager Rudi Garcia, who the striker was seen berating when he was substituted off with four minutes left of the 0-0 draw.
Piotr Zielinski started the scoring against Udinese from the penalty spot because Osimhen has been abdicating those duties, and the 24-year-old doubled his team's advantage.
Osimhen, who is Napoli's greatest player and whose present terms expire in 2025, decided not to sign a new contract during the summer.
