In this role, you'll have the opportunity to achieve monthly sales targets, establish positive customer relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meeting Sales Goals: Your primary objective is to achieve the monthly sales target set by the company. This requires a results-driven approach and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate their needs. Understand customer profiles and organizational dynamics to boost revenue and profitability.

- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and social media. Reach out to potential clients to understand their requirements.

- Customer Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Listen to customers' wishes and concerns, and perform needs analysis to meet their requirements.

- Product Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products. Use solid arguments to present, promote, and sell our products/services to existing and prospective customers.

- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data on competitors for a competitive advantage. Share your findings with the team to stay ahead in the market.

- Sales Coordination: Collaborate and coordinate with team members and other departments to achieve better results. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

- Reporting: Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. This includes tracking sales and status reports to monitor progress.

- Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry. Continuously improve your skills and performance based on feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

- At least 3 years of experience in auto sales.

- A degree from a reputable university.

- Strong presentation skills, client relationship management, negotiation skills, and a strong network.

- Emphasis on excellence, meeting sales goals, creativity, independence, and motivation for sales.

- Computer literacy and the ability to drive.
