Job Position: Quotation and Order Management Specialist

Your Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and efficient responses to customer inquiries, ensuring same-day replies.
- Manage the quotation and order open backlog for the entire lifecycle.
- Expedite orders and provide timely feedback to customers.
- Handle invoicing paperwork as needed.
- Offer support to the Specialist Order Execution team during peak workloads.
- Manage inquiries, quotations, sales orders, and customer claims.
- Implement quality assurance and quality control documentation in line with Metso: Outotec supply quality standards and procedures.
- Use various communication platforms to interact with customers and global operations teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Actively participate in team meetings, co-ordinating with Site Account Managers for upcoming events and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the Global delivery team for support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Commit to ongoing training to enhance your competency and resourcefulness.
Your Requirements and Competencies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with external and internal stakeholders.
- Proven customer handling skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in ERP/PDM-systems/CRM systems, ensuring accuracy.
- In-depth understanding of quotation and order fulfillment processes.
- Fluent in verbal and written English, with proficiency in the local language.
- Basic knowledge of relevant technologies.
