Job Position: Research Analyst
This is a full-time, on-site position located in the vibrant city of Accra, Ghana. The Research Analyst will play a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for conducting comprehensive market research and analysis.
They will be tasked with gathering and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that support strategic business decision-making.
In this role, the Research Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop key performance indicators, recognize emerging market trends and opportunities, and present well-founded recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in English Literature is an essential requirement.
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in market research or a related field.
- Proficiency in analytical tools and a strong command of Excel are necessary skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are vital, as the role involves presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- We value the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
- If you have prior experience in organizing and moderating focus groups, it's a significant plus.
