- Currently, be in your second year of full-time study at a Nigerian university accredited by the NUC.

- Maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.5 in a 5-grade system or its equivalent in other grading systems.

- Not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship from an entity in the Oil and Gas industry, whether national or international. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Recent passport-sized photograph (JPEG format, not exceeding 200 kilobytes).

- University or JAMB Admission Letter.

- Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) Result.

- O' Level Result(s), and 'A' Level/OND/NCE Result(s) as applicable.

- Letter of Identification from your State of Origin indicating your local government of origin.

- Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) after the first year, which means you must have completed and obtained results for a minimum of 2 academic semesters.

- All applicants are required to fill and sign the Government Official Declaration form.
