The Role of a Micro Analyst
As a Micro Analyst, your primary role is to collaborate with the Production team, providing essential technical analytical and microbiological services.
Your contributions will play a pivotal role in ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and superior customer service. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing analytical and microbiological analyses as per the sampling plan to meet customer needs.
- Actively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement in quality assurance.

Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should ideally possess:
- A Higher National Diploma (HND) in Laboratory Technology or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven competency in chemical analyses, microbiological analyses, or brewing quality control.
- At least three years of practical laboratory experience in an ISO 9001 environment.
- The ability to work effectively in a pressurized production and quality assurance environment.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Digital literacy and the capacity to prioritize conflicting needs.
- The willingness to take ownership of training and development.
