Secret clause in Guimaraes' contract could make him join Barcelona at a "lower price"

According to a Mail article, Bruno Guimaraes has a hidden option in his Newcastle contract that would allow him to join Barcelona at a "lower price."
The midfield player and the team recently reached an agreement on a five-year contract deal, with a rumored £100 million release clause.
“However, according to Sport in Spain, a clause would allow him to sign for Barcelona for around the £60m mark,” reads the article in the Mail.
“Guimaraes, 25, has apparently given 'several nods' to the Nou Camp club in the past, Sport say, but their current financial predicament means a move is unlikely in the short-term.
“However, the report suggests there is a release-clause price for Guimaraes and a cheaper one just for Barcelona.
“Guimaraes is content at St James' Park though and he was happy to sign the long-term contract extension that protects his valuation.”
