An initiative called Farm 360 Global offers opportunities for regular employees who either own farms or are interested in investing in or supporting farm projects in addition to their regular enterprises. The farm is Ghanaian owned founded by Martin Tetteh Nartey and Kenneth Abdulai Nelson and it is located in Madina-Adenta, Accra-Ghana.

Following the completion of all farming operations, including planting, tillage, harvesting, and export of the crops, the sponsors and investors will be awarded a profit guarantee at the end of the project's duration. Contract farming, crowd farming, and round-the-clock consulting services are all offered by Farm 360 Global.

Catfish, potatoes (including orange, yellow, and purple sweet potatoes), soybeans, rice, coconut, pineapple, mango, cashews, and maize are among the goods produced by the farm.

Aim, motivation and challenges of Farm 360 Global

I have been deeply rooted in agriculture right from childhood. I would engage in backyard farming of organic crops for my family and neighbors. I understood the impact of being able to produce food to feed people. Fast forward, I graduated tertiary and started working with a corporate institution with a good salary. On one of my field works, I met a family living in a rural community classified as peasant farmers (smallholder farmers) barely surviving but they were to pay government fees. I realized something needed to be done hence I resigned and started my entrepreneurship journey.

OOne of the challenges we faced while building this company was communication. Our communication was fragmented mainly due to unavailability of one or two members during important meeting days. This affected our flow and staggered our operations. So, we had to conduct layoffs based on their commitment and focus more on those ready to avail themselves and put in the work.

Another challenge was lack of mentorship. I believe every entrepreneur needs a mentor or an advisor. Right from the get go we thought we were capable but half way through, we needed directional advice on some other issues. So, we brought together a team of advisors to help guide the team in refining our thought process and help scrutinizing every decision we take."

Opened Project:

The public is currently welcome to invest in the catfish project. The investment period lasts for six to eight months. One can participate in the catfish project and receive a guaranteed return of between 30 and 40% with a minimum investment of $2,500 or more. It is situated in the eastern region at Okwenya.
