In line with our commitment to enhance management and entrepreneurial education, the Global Business School Network (GBSN) has joined forces with Dalsey Hillblom Lynn (DHL), one of our esteemed corporate members, to introduce the transformative GoTrade GBSN Fellowship Program.

This initiative seeks to forge partnerships between selected postgraduate business students and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the developing world, fostering increased cross-border trade.

• Pairing Students + SMEs: The heart of the Fellowship Program lies in the collaboration between graduate business students (MBA/MSc/Masters/PhD) and SMEs over an immersive 12-month period. Each GoTrade GBSN Fellow assumes a pivotal role as an advisor and collaborator with an assigned SME. Regular virtual sessions, bringing together all participating students, will feature guest speakers addressing pertinent subject matters to enrich their learning objectives. Furthermore, these sessions aim to foster a sense of community and facilitate networking among the Fellows.
• Comprehensive Support for Fellows: DHL, committed to nurturing the growth of these emerging business leaders, provides substantial support to the GoTrade GBSN Fellows. The support structure includes:
• DPDHL Mentors: Seasoned mentors from DHL will guide and inspire the Fellows throughout their journey.
• Coaching and Mentoring with SMEs: Collaborative efforts with SMEs ensure a hands-on and practical approach to problem-solving and strategy development.
• DPDHL Certified Program Learning Journey: A structured learning path covering the basics of international trade, aligning with the real-world challenges faced by SMEs.

Qualification Criteria for DHL GoTrade GBSN Fellowship Program for postgraduate business students & SMEs 2024

• For graduate students eager to embark on this transformative journey, the criteria are as follows:
• Enrolled at a participating GBSN member school at the start of the fellowship.
•  Commitment to completing the 12-month fellowship program, set to commence in April 2024.
• Proficiency in English, Spanish, or Portuguese for effective communication.
• Ability to dedicate approximately 12 to 15 hours per month to the program.
• Proven work experience, showcasing analytical skills.
• Possession of an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
• Demonstrated interest in engaging with an international community.
