The Apostle of Ghana, who goes by the name Tetebremu Kennedy Afreh Poku, firmly urged people to have sex before marriage, maintaining that the act is not against God.

Interviewed on an adult show ‘In Bed with Adwen’ which airs on eTV Ghana, he told host, Adwen the Love Doctor that the moment Adam told God that it was the woman He (God) gave to him who caused him to sin, God exempted himself from marriage.

“If you meet a woman, you must have sex with her before getting married to her. Anything that you haven’t eaten, you can’t bare witness of it so you must have sex with her first to know if you enjoy it”, he said.

He noted that the part of the Bible that says, ‘He who finds a wife…’ means that the man is to find his own wife and not that God is to find a man’s wife, so if sex is what a man wants to encounter with his partner in order to be able to decide whether she really is his missing rib, he is free to do it because God has already exempted himself from the marriage act.

According to the Apostle, pastors do not validate marriages, they only bless them, so the actual act of marriage is that which includes meeting both the man and the woman’s family members, and it is not actually appropriate for the pastor to be involved.
