Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech ruled out of Morocco’s friendly against Ghana

Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech has been ruled out Morocco’s friendly game against Ghana next week.

The Atlas Lions of Morocco will play Ghana on Tuesday, June 8 at the Complex Sportif Prince Moulay-Abdellah in Rabat.

Ziyech, who won the UEFA Champions League with Chelsea in Portugal on Saturday has been given days off to rest and regain energy, hence he will be unavailable for the game against Ghana.

However, he will be available for selection for the second friendly against the Stallions of Burkina Faso on Saturday, June 12 at the Complex Sportif Prince Moulay-Abdellah.

Ziyech had a fairly okay season with Chelsea in his debut season. He made 39 appearances in all competitions, scoring 6 goals and providing 3 assists.
