These things can cause discomfort while sleeping, avoid them during bedtime

1 – DON’T SLEEP WITH A WATCH – Watches have a little amount of radioactivity that they can emit. Even if it’s insignificant, wearing your watch to bed for an extended period of time could be harmful to your health.  

2. DON’T SLEEP WITH A BRA. American scientists have found that those who wear bras for longer than 12 hours have a higher risk of developing breast problems. So skip it and go to bed.  

3. AVOID SLEEPING WITH A PHONE It is not recommended to place your phone next to your bed or anywhere else close to you. Please place the phone as far away from you as you can, even if some of us use our phones as alarm clocks. Scientists have established that when utilized, electrical devices such as mobile phones and television sets create magnetic waves. These waves may result in disturbances to the nerves of our bodies. Therefore, turn off your phone first before placing it next to you. 

4. AVOID SLEEPING WITH MAKE-UP. Over time, skin issues may result from sleeping with makeup. The skin will have trouble breathing and perspiring if you go to bed wearing makeup. Additionally, it will take significantly longer for you to enter a deep slumber. 

And most importantly.   

5. AVOID SLEEPING WITH PANTON You must go to bed without your pants on to allow unrestricted access to fresh air in order to have clean, odorless privates.
