Saying Alhamdulilah doesn’t always come lightly. Sometimes you are willingly coerced to be grateful. 

How? 

Even when you are in deep sorrow, worry, grief, you are not allowed to show ingratitude. 

For all things happen to us at the command and will of the Omniscient One. 

Therefore:

We are a people of Alhamdulilah

Good health or Bedridden 

We are a people of Alhamdulilah

Tummy full or Empty

We are a people of Alhamdulilah

Ragged or Kempt

We are a people of Alhamdulilah 

On a cozy bed or bare floor

We are a people of Alhamdulillah

Potent or barren

We are a people of Alhamdulilah 

Dead or Alive
